Three Separation Streams
- Stream A – High Reactivity / High Density Materials
- High-density metals
- Metal fragments
- Particles with pronounced dynamic behavior
- Stream B – Intermediate Materials
- Neutral/intermediate behavior
- Mixed particle sizes
- Composite or semi-conductive materials
- Intermediate fractions not classified in Streams A or C
- Stream C – Non-Reactive / Inert Materials
- Plastics
- Glass
- Inert materials
- Low-density materials
- Residues not affected by the separation system
With precise adjustment of operating parameters—belt speed, rotary unit speed, tilt, and separation point geometry—the LFS-500 replicates, on a smaller scale, typical industrial separation processes. This makes it ideal for R&D, quality control, and laboratory testing.
