Densimetric table for research laboratories is a device designed for separating and classifying materials according to their density. It uses the principle of densimetric separation, relying on the difference in specific gravity of materials to carry out separation based on their relative density. Operation of the device begins with loading material samples onto the surface of the table. The samples can consist of granular materials, sands, soils, minerals, or other solid particles. Stokkermill has adopted a feeding mechanism to regulate the flow of material onto the table. Once the samples are placed on the table, it begins to vibrate or oscillate in a controlled manner, creating a force that induces movement of the materials. Because of the different densities of the samples, heavier particles move upward, while lighter particles move downward. During the separation process, the tilt angle of the table can be adjusted; the greater the tilt angle, the greater the difference in density required to separate the materials. Once the separation process is complete, the separated materials can be collected in separate containers or further analyzed to study their specific characteristics or properties. The instrument offers the possibility of performing laboratory analysis, evaluating the density of materials, or conducting scientific research in the field of materials separation.

Operative features:

- Feed rate adjustment: Variable from 0 to 100%

- Tilt angle adjustment: Variable from 0 to 10 degrees

- Processable materials: Granular materials, solid particles with different densities, sands, soils, minerals, etc.

- Separation accuracy: Dependent on material characteristics and operating parameters

- Applications: Separation and classification of materials according to their density, study of material density, laboratory analysis, etc.
