Mills for recycling of metals

Mills for recycling of metals and crushing of metals and iron HM120 and HM500 hammer crushing mills have been designed and manufactured for crushing ferrous scrap and metal scrap. Stokkermill-Hammermills can be used as primary crushers or as secondary refiners where a greater reduction of the materials to be treated is required. The hammer mills are made in different configurations regarding the number of hammers and the weight of the same. The classifier screens are easily replaceable to allow dimensional control of the output materials. The replacement of the screens is facilitated by the opening of the mill case by means of hydraulic cylinders. Hammer mills can be equipped with an automatic ejection door that is activated in case of unsuitable loading, avoiding damage to the structure and rotor. The replacement of hammers is facilitated by special quick-release pins. The rotor of the mill, on request, is made to allow the inversion of the same to avoid the inversion of the individual hammers reducing the intervention and maintenance times.
