Hammer mills for motors

Hammer mills for motors, ferrous and non-ferrous metals and recovery of copper core

Hammer mills for motors

Crushing electric motors with hammer mills of the HM series, suitable for the recycling of electric motors allowing, in downstream operations (downstream), the separation of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and the recovery of copper induced. Hammer mills are available in different configurations, with powers from 20kw to 500kw and weight of hammers from 8 kg to over 50 kg. The range of Stokkermill hammer mills is particularly wide and allows a wide range of choice for the end customer. The size of hammer mills is crucial to determine the weight limit of recyclable electric motors. For practical reasons, the capacity of hammer mills tends to be classified into three dimensional orders: - Recycling electric motors or similar materials with a weight of up to 6 kg; - Crushing of electric or similar motors weighing up to 10-12 kg; - Recycling electric motors or transformers weighing up to 20-25 kg; - Crushing of electric motors weighing more than 25 kg.

Electric motors

The crusher hammer mill is offered as a single machine or, alternatively, can be inserted in the line of recycling electric motors and recycling copper transformers proposed by Stokkermill.

Recycling lines for electric motors can automatically perform the phases of crushing and separation of magnetic iron, copper, aluminum, other non-ferrous metals. Any inert materials, like plastic or rubber, is also treated inside the recycling plant.
